fill ifp->if_baudrate
Running FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE/amd64 as Hyper-V guest, one uses hn0 virtualized
network interface. This interface emulates 10Gbit/s link but does not
initialize ifp->if_baudrate. This bug may result in other problems, for
example: stock bsnmpd does not export 64-bit network interface counters in
MIB-II for such NIC.
Trivial patch solving this problem is attached.
