It is not this way.  You might have a setup option for Intel ME, or if AMD,
its AMD equivalent.  After ME is 'provisioned', its config can be typically
entered either from BIOS, or from another hot key during POST (more common).
>From there, you finally get to the options to enable vKVM, display capture,
and finally virtual serial ports.

You might also look with pciconf -lv to see if there are any pci-attached
serial comm devices, which is often an indicator of the dormant ME presence.
