Relative to the GENERIC(-DEBUG) kernel, I've
rebooted with it and tried building just
sdl2_gpu in poudriere(-devel) . Each attempt
runs dot as 3 processes, 2 threads per. These
use up RAM+SWAP and one of the dot processes
is killed. The 2 left run, use up the RAM+SWAP 
gain, and one of the dots is killed. The dot
that is left uses up the RAM_SWAP again and is
then killed. The port then goes on to complete
as a successful build.

So far no panics and no debug-reports by the
debug-kernel from multiple tries.

This is without being part of an overall
bulk -Ca run. So the system is not otherwise
busy.
