I am not sure if chrome is expected to run fine, but it fails.
How to reproduce:
1. Download and unpack this archive:
https://cdn.playwright.dev/dbazure/download/playwright/builds/chromium/1187/chromium-linux.zip
2. Have packages listed below installed.
3. Run chrome-linux/chrome
Failure log:
$ chrome-linux/chrome

that has disabled unprivileged user namespaces with AppArmor, see
