11. temporarily prefer an unwanted shell (sh)
12. exit to multi-user mode
13. login as root
14. pkg install -y FreeBSD-csh
15. bsdconfig useredit root
16. revert to the preferred shell (csh or tcsh)
17. exit
18. login as root
