you are in the lucky position that your country has a very high percentage of 
hydro power plants.

The hydro power? Yes, but they also have to operate nuclear power plants and 
fossile fuled power plants.

Hydro power plants are nearly a perfect source of electricity if there would 
not be the need for a dam which brings environmentalists up the dam if a new 
one has to be errected.
