Notu sure if this will fit your needs, but I'm quite pleased with
http://hetzner.de (I've been with them for a month so far, no
objections).

There is no "auto" install for FreeBSD, but they offer a FreeBSD "rescue
system" (mfsBSD in fact) and you can proceed from there.  They even have
a help page which can get you started on installing.  No technical
support for FreeBSD but I guess you won't need that anyway.

They offer up to 4 additional IPs, 1 euro/month per IP, or you can get
subnets which of course costs a lot more.

The only problem you might have is bandwidth, but additional charges
when you go over the limit don't seem too bad.
