"'e's not dead, 'e's resting." It is on my todo list to do a round of updates on it. Sadly, it has been for a while; I've been kept too busy lately to do much more than get through the day. On the upside, I don't expect it to be a huge amount of work to update. By its nature, it's oriented on the broad sweeps and philosophical differences, and those don't change. The history is rather flown by, and there are a few details that call for update, to be sure.
