Hello, One simple question: why are the 8859-15 locales (under /usr/share/locale) named DIS_8859-15 instead of ISO_8859-15? And this affects XFree86, because /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/locale.alias uses "ISO" and not "DIS" for its ISO_8859-15 entries.
