I finally managed to extract a copy of the PCI-1220 chip documentation from TI. If anyone needs a copy of this, e-mail me and I'll forward it along. (Beware, it's a 3.5 MB PDF.) (If I get the okay from TI I'll also put it up for FTP someplace.)
