Something is seriously wrong with your CVSup'ing. I have never committed (to the main source tree) any reference to linux.h and freebsd-elf.h. I have *NO* idea where you are getting this from. What is the revision of /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/cc/cc_tools/Makefile?
