Hmm, seems to be a resource conflict problem, question is what is
causing this. Could you do a verbose boot both with the old
working kernel, and the new failing one ?

Yeah I notice the RZ 1000 chips in there, BE CAREFULL, I wouldn't
use this for anything I cared about...
