Yes, however… the problem is that there’s a _huge_ discrepancy in build 
machinery between 10 and 11. Also, some of the changes were MFCed, but not 
before 10.1 was cut.

There are some other items that need to be MFCed as well, like r279247. That 
change needs to be run through make tinderbox though on ref10-amd64, and 
ideally on a 10.0-RELEASE/10.1-RELEASE image as the ref10 servers run 10-STABLE 
IIRC.
