The message is from sysctl. It happens because two files try to declare the same sysctl node: ./net/iflib.c:SYSCTL_INT(_dev_netmap, OID_AUTO, ixl_rx_miss_bufs, ./dev/netmap/if_ixl_netmap.h:SYSCTL_INT(_dev_netmap, OID_AUTO, ixl_rx_miss_bufs, I've copied the folks who are working in this area. However, I don't think this is related to your boot failure. I have no idea about that.
