The file ittnotify_static.c does indeed not exist. A .cpp version does
exist.

What is the advice? Currently rebuilding with -j 1, but that will
hours for building the new clang again.
Try removing /usr/obj/* (or whatever your object directory is) and
rebuilding.
That worked for me.
