The situation just got worse. As a result of the libssl-3.0 upgrade on 14, all 14.0 images on google cloud are now basically useless. Among other problems, this means that most downstream projects' CI workflows on FreeBSD 14 are broken now. https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=272354
