This, in particular:
run "etcupdate" after every upgrade
I mean, I never ran the command without an option, just once at an
indeterminate stage after an upgrade.
I learnt to run it first with option -p _before_ installworld (i.e.
during an upgrade), then a run with option -B after installworld.
