I had this experience a few days ago too. It turned out as being an outdated /sbin/ipfw. cvsup'ing and then `cd /usr/src/sbin/ipfw && make all install clean` solved it. Notice that if you did NOT run a make world _after_ compiling the kernel that gave you that error, you will need to update /usr/include/netinet/ip_fw*.h.
