I do have exactly the same problem with my CF-Reader. I don't know why
but I can hardly imagine it has to do with MSDOSFS.
I have my new CF-Reader (4in1 Datafab USB Reader (umass-sim)) under
suspicion.

Perhaps someone could isolate this bug. If I can do anything please let
me know (I'm not used to debuggers etc.)
