I believe I've fixed all issues that were causing build failures, and am
running all of our various incremental builds followed by a full, clean
build after the in-progress build finishes.

Please ignore any build failure emails that may come in within the next
hour or two, but there should not be any. Once the current build
finishes the subsequent clean builds finish, I will re-enable the cron
run builds and send an "all clear" email.
