Try comparing your environment with that of the package cluster. Otherwise,
pkg-fallout@ would have spammed this mailing list about bustage.

Based on pkg-status.freebsd.org output:
11.4 amd64 logs - http://beefy9.nyi.freebsd.org/data/latest-per-pkg/thunderbird/
11.4 i386 logs -
http://beefy10.nyi.freebsd.org/data/latest-per-pkg/thunderbird/
12.1 amd64 logs - http://beefy6.nyi.freebsd.org/data/latest-per-pkg/thunderbird/
12.1 i386 logs - http://beefy5.nyi.freebsd.org/data/latest-per-pkg/thunderbird/
13.0 amd64 logs -
http://beefy18.nyi.freebsd.org/data/latest-per-pkg/thunderbird/ (ipv6-only)
13.0 i386 logs -
http://beefy17.nyi.freebsd.org/data/latest-per-pkg/thunderbird/ (ipv6-only)
aarch64 logs -
http://thunderx1.nyi.freebsd.org/data/latest-per-pkg/thunderbird/ (currently,
offline)
powerpc64 logs - http://pylon.nyi.freebsd.org/data/latest-per-pkg/thunderbird/

The actual error should be a few lines before. If you can't find it
better attach the build log as text/plain (mailman strips other types)
or upload to a pastebin then post a link.

Did you modify port options of thunderbird or any of its dependencies?
