Hi,

while booting my laptop automatically destroys old ZFS snapshots. Some
times the number of IOPS needed to delete the snapshot is quite big
and using the computer during this time is very very slow. For
example, an xterm takes over one minute to start. Deleting the snapshot
can take a good five minutes to finish. I was thinking of using
gsched to alleviate the effect a bit. I am wondering if that would help?
I just want the computer to be usable during the snapshot's removal.

Thanks in advance,
Nikos
