ps does not work after a cvsupdate to 4.0-STABLE

Hi *,

After a make world  and offcourse a rebuild from the kernel, my
ps and top command did not work anymore.

If i do a ps i get the following message.

ps: proc size mismatch (40872 total, 1044 chunks)

Somebody has an idea?
Is the procfilesystem changed and the ps command not?
