Too bad the PCI BIOS sucks *WAY* too bad to use it for these things.
The recent fiasco in the MFC of the PCI BIOS stuff shows this *WAY* to 
clearly.

Otherwise, it is another of those great theories that are shot to hell 
with the facts.
