Hi,

We noted that named-xfer does not work in STABLE and CURRENT.
Named does look for it in /usr/local/libexec than in /usr/libexec.

But named-xfer gets installed into /usr/libexec.

I guess the paths are just plain wrong here in the Makefile.

I made a patch:
