I came across this idea for prioritizing small IP packets, so that for example HTTP requests, game packets and other small, but importat packets would get uploaded before the big packets. Big files are usually uploaded in bigger packets, right?
So, i haven't found a way to make this happen, i googled for it but didn't find anything.
