Yes, the inodes seem to be in sync. When I run quotacheck -av only blocks
get fixed or at least that is what I see. Here is an example
repquota -a output before 'quotacheck -av':

User used soft hard grace used soft hard
grace
john -- 135426892 175000000 175000000 - 183785 500000
500000 -
after quotacheck:
/web1: john fixed (user): blocks 270853784 -> 326298284
