spoofing source code in kernel

Hi list
Anyone has source code for spoofing (in kernel) for all input Tcp/IP packets .For any TCP/IP packet recieve it creates an ACK for it .
someThing like spoofing GW
CLIENT <-----> GW <-------> server
connections are spoofed
