The negotation is okay, 100baseTX with full-duplex. Or do you mean I have to force it because it sometimes loses negotiation? Checksum offloading is enabled too: options=1b<RXCSUM,TXCSUM,VLAN_MTU,VLAN_HWTAGGING>.
