Hi, did exactly that. The file is not in there. So I removed the #include. Apart from that, after having applied the patch against HEAD (to check whether it applies cleanly there), I'm now faced with this problem:

What's the current version of PF committed to HEAD, anyway? (I mean, it looks to me like HEAD already contains a more recent revision and the patch might no longer be necessary.
