since i really want to fix the remaining list of things which are in
FreeBSD-utilities but shouldn't be. i apologise for the spam but i
think it's better to fix this prior to release rather than after.
(these are also noted in UPDATING, but i doubt all pkgbase users read
that.)
If only the had a few meta packages for package base...
