Yes.  Seems you updated BDB or switched versions to an incombatible one.
Blow away /usr/ports/INDEX-6.db and /var/db/pkg/pkgdb.db and let portupgrade
regenerate them from scratch.  Those files are just summaries of other data
readily available from your system so they can be removed with impunity.
