Has anyone seen this? Know how to fix it?

Checkup if the process gets a proper php.ini. Yesterday I've got a
similar error, renamed old php.ini and copied php.ini-dist to
php.ini. Then my (re)install was a success.

Thanks, Boris. That fixed it.
