i'm sorry, but this appears to be just wrong. The
package name (which is what is being specified as the
last argument) is still emacs:
$ portupgrade -nfo editors/emacs emacs21

So I ask again, what is the correct way to upgrade to
emacs22 when I've already followed the instructions in
UPGRADING to keep emacs21? My current guess is:
1) set EMACS_PORT_NAME=emacs22 in make.conf
2) portupgrade -fro editors/emacs emacs
