My 7.4 is up to date and I have the latest proftpd

It's not. Have you done a 'make buildworld' and 'make installworld'
after updating the source?

Yes, and 'ezjail-admin update -i' to 'installworld' in the jales
and 'ezjail-admin update -P' for the proftpd port in the jail.

If yes then try another cvsup server and
report to the administrator.

diff stable-supfile~ stable-supfile
68c68
< *default host=cvsup.nl.FreeBSD.org
---
*default host=cvsup.de.FreeBSD.org

But still it's not working :(

What can I do?
Any hint welcome.
