Ok well here we go this is interesting!

I backed up the current zope.conf file then copied over the zope.conf.in file.

It didn't work directly so I had to add /usr/local/zenoss to this part:

#%define INSTANCE <<INSTANCE_HOME>>
%define INSTANCE /usr/local/zenoss


Now it seems to be up and running:


tcp4       0      0 *.8080                 *.*                    LISTEN


However, for how long I don't know..... as in if I restart or stop the
service will it simply not start again?
