how I can upgrade software, using pkg?

The repository is not up-to-date.
pkg version compares against the local ports tree.
You can 1) Wait till the repository is updated if you want binary upgrades 2) Compile your ports like you would have done without pkgng (with the ports tree and your tools configured to use pkgng of course).

and, some DNS problem, with hosts described in pkg.conf
HP# host pkg.FreeBSD.org
HP#
HP# host pkg.FreeBSD.org 8.8.8.8
Using domain server:
Name: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53
Aliases:

HP#
pkgng does not use the A record of the DNS
