The only things that stand out are:
?  x11-clocks
?  archivers
besides INDEX-9, etc. 

UPDATED:
/shells/ has also gone missing.  I'm wondering if the original svn of the 
source tree missed those two somehow... or they disappeared during a
fsck_ffs -y command, or the cntl-c of a { svn ... --depth files }
which I had to unexpectedly end because it was taking longer than 
several *hours*...
