As you can see they just differ in Architecture.
After some searching and trying i can confirm, that adding this line fix
the problem:
LDFLAGS+= -L${LOCALBASE}/lib -lboost_system
I don't understand why, but that's a huge step forward :)
Next step: cleaning the pkg-plist :)
