  If you don't want to edit sendmail.cf directly, you can specify the
'-O UseBlacklist' flag for sendmail command argument.
i.e. add 'sendmail_flags="-L sm-mta -bd -q30m -O UseBlacklist"' to the
/etc/rc.conf and do /etc/rc.d/sendmail restart.
