Hello,
attached is the patch that updates py-twine to 1.11.0.
Changes by upstream:
- https://twine.readthedocs.io/en/latest/changelog.html
- https://github.com/pypa/twine/compare/1.8.0...1.11.0
Changes to the port:
- changed PORTVERSION to DISTVERSION
- added LICENSE_FILE
- replaced devel/py-clint with misc/py-tqdm from RUN_DEPENDS
- added keyword 'concurrent' to USE_PYTHON
- added NO_ARCH
QA:

- poudriere (11.1-RELEASE amd64 + i386) for each py27 + py36 flavor -> OK
- portlint -> OK
Note:
Before this update can be committed, two ports must be updated first to match
the dependencies:
- update sysutils/py-pkginfo to 1.4.2 (see also PR #227838:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=227838)
- update www/py-requests-toolbelt to 0.8.0 (see also PR #227840:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=227840)
