attached is the patch from svn that updates www/py-beautifulsoup to 4.6.0.
Changes by upstream:
- https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~leonardr/beautifulsoup/bs4/view/head:/NEWS.txt
Changes to the port:
- added LICENSE_FILE
- added NO_ARCH
- added DOCS option with appropriate dependencies
QA:

- poudriere (11.1-RELEASE amd64 + i386) for each py27 + py36 flavor -> OK
- portlint -> OK
