Hello,
attached is the patch from svn that updates devel/py-flex to 6.13.2 .
Changes by upstream:
- https://github.com/pipermerriam/flex/compare/v6.13.1...v6.13.2
Changes to the port:
- set RUN_DEPENDS more specific for each required Python package
QA:

- poudriere (11.1-RELEASE amd64 + i386) for each py27 + py36 flavor -> OK
- portlint -> OK
