Hello,
attached is the patch that adds the Python package
textproc/py-python-docs-theme, that provides the official theme for Python
documentation.
This port will be needed by devel/py-pip to build the supplied documentation.
QA:

- poudriere (11.2-RELEASE amd64 + i386) for each py27 + py36 flavor -> OK
- portlint -> OK
