attached is the patch that updates net-mgmt/py-napalm-logs to 0.7.0 .
Changes by upstream:
- https://napalm-logs.com/en/latest/releases/0.7.0.html
Changes to the port:
- removed BUILD_DEPENDS because devel/py-pip is no longer required for building
the package
- pacify portlint
