If the missing DISTFILES are an issue, one can modify MASTER_SITES in the following way: MASTER_SITES= CHEESESHOP \ https://docs.scipy.org/doc/${PORTNAME}-${PORTVERSION:R}.1/:doc Or switch to the numpy.org docs.
