To reproduce, comment the last ${REINPLACE_CMD} call in post-install target of
the devel/tortoisehg port.
With the line commented, `make check-plist` results in

Missing: share/pixmaps/tortoisehg/icons/22x22
...
Missing: share/pixmaps/tortoisehg/icons/scalable
