He's looking for the C code ... ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-stable/src/ It's labelled -stable rather than 4.7-RELEASE, although the release was not long ago, and -stable should be VERY close to 4.7 at this point.
