I am running FreeBSD 5.4. This is a new installation.

I am unable to get kde3 (meta port) installed. It hangs after almost a day of compiling.

I have tried 'make clean' and 'make distclean' prior installing; all without success. I have insured that the ports tree is up to date.

This is the contents of the error log I created.

I have no idea what to do. The file 'type1inst' does exist in the directory. I do not know what the '-nolog' entry means. I have even tried installing 'cmpsfont' as a separate job, but that failed with the same error message.
