You need to increase the memory, otherwise you are fine. I have three 133-166 pentiums w/ 64 MB each, running 5.4 doing various jobs (i.e. DNS, DHCP server, etc.) and they have just been tooting along. Mind you, I have not installed X windows on any of these machines....
